We all know that conflict is a fact of life.

Instead of seeing it as normal, most people label conflict as bad or wrong and do their best to avoid or ignore it. Unfortunately, conflict rarely just disappears. It usually upsets people which can cause lost productivity, poor morale, and broken relationships. Effective people learn to embrace and “be” with conflict, to engage with conflict rather than fight, flee, or freeze when it occurs. Conflict Management Coaching works with individuals and teams to teach them the skills that empower them to constructively engage conflict with confidence and competence.
