Conflict is about Story

Every person in a conflict has a story about the conflict. The story describes what we are feeling, thinking, or doing and why we are experiencing it that way. Our story is our truth. Conflict occurs when a person we are in relationship with doesn’t agree with our story.

Conflict Management Coaching is about taking people’s stories apart to see what makes their story tick. And then constructing a new story that includes perspectives that weren’t there in the beginning. Then we create a new script and new, or improved skills that can create better stories for everyone.
